General criteria for residency at Pendo Homes include:

• Ability to live cooperatively in a shared household environment
The purpose of these requirements is to maintain a stable, alcohol- and drug-free living environment with clear expectations and accountability for all residents.
Drug testing is conducted for house rule compliance only and is not a medical or clinical service.
If a resident is found to be in violation of the house sobriety rules, including a positive drug test, the resident may be required to leave the home in accordance with house policy.
Residents are responsible for addressing any disputes related to test results at their own expense. Pendo Homes does not provide medical or clinical testing services.
All enforcement actions are handled consistently with house rules and resident rights procedures to maintain a safe, alcohol- and drug-free living environment.
